The only evidence that exists
UCLA randomised 238 physicians across 14 specialties, roughly 72,000 encounters, to DAX Copilot, to Nabla, or to usual care. Nabla cut note-writing time 9.5 percent, about 41 seconds. DAX showed no statistically significant change. Neither reduced after-hours record time. Both improved wellbeing.

What the prices actually mean
Four of the six do not publish. Heidi and Freed do, which puts them in a minority of two and should not be remarkable in 2026.
Check the tier before you compare anything. Freed puts letters and ICD-10 coding on $119, not $39. Heidi gates EHR push above its entry plan. The number you were quoted is frequently not the number that includes the thing you wanted.
The ranking nobody publishes

Neither reduced time in the record outside scheduled hours. Abridge has the strongest overall research base and independent ranking.
